Photographer Monica Buck is a first generation American, born to a

passionate and creative Cuban mother and a German father who was

an adventurer and an engineer. A life long study of cultural contrasts

and celebration of differences has influenced Monica's photographic

studies of food, objects, places and people. She has a passion for

design in many forms, from interiors to architecture, food and cooking.

Monica is a frequent contributor to numerous respected magazines and

national advertising campaigns and has had several books published,

ranging from cookbooks to home decorating.

Pretty things make her happy and is comfortable in both studio and on

location. Her clients have returned again and again for her simple,

elegant organic approach, mastery in composition, attention to subtle

details, beautiful lighting, creative problem solving and for her tireless

work ethic.

She decides her time between New York & South Florida… and where

ever the next job takes her.
